I am a writer and filmmaker.

It’s taken me over a decade to make some sense of how I am posting here so I thought I’d offer a brief synopsis of my thought process.

See it Again posts are for films/shows I think were poorly reviewed/received when they first came out. The idea being I think you should give these works another chance. So far I only have included movies and television shows but I believe it could be fun to write about all forms of art that were shunned/panned when the first were released.

May I Suggest posts are for older films/shows that I think not everyone has heard of or seen. It’s not meant to be exclusively about hidden gems so much as about older or lesser seen works. As with the See it Again posts these are only about film and television at present but I am open to expanding the posts to included other forms of art.

On Television/Current Cinema are posts about recent television shows and movies. Unlike the prior categories these are meant to be closer to criticism/reviews and are not always positive. I write these typically when I see something that sparks my interest or won’t let me be until I’ve purged the thoughts.

Music Video Appreciation Posts seem pretty straightforward to me. I really enjoy music videos and like to write about them.

Random Writings – I believe about half the posts are random things I wanted to write about at the time. From interviews I’ve read to thoughts about writing/filmmaking or whatever sparked my fancy on the day. Generally these have titles that are not terribly helpful. I’m working on that.
